This is an international store, we ship orders from our Canadian warehouse to most countries. You can also look at the list of our resellers to see if there is a distributor of our products that is closer to you. To order from Canada, please use the Canadian site PiShop.ca

IMPORTANT: Import duties and taxes into your country are not included in our sales. It is your responsibility to determine what import duties and taxes apply prior to ordering and to work with the carrier to pay any required amounts during customs clearance into your country.

You can pay online or do a bank transfer. Either payment method is charged in United States Dollars (USD).

Online payment

The Stripe payment gateway allows you to pay by:

  • Credit Card
  • Apple Pay (if this payment method is enabled for your country)
  • Google Pay (if this method is enabled in your country)

Banking transfer

You will receive the invoice with the banking details and payment options.

We deliver our international orders with courier companies like UPS, DHL, and FedEx. A phone number is usually the best way for them to contact you regarding import taxes/duties and delivery details.

All products we sell are brand new and come in the original packaging (if there is any).

Products that are found Dead On Arrival (DOA) can be replaced or credited for a full refund. The problem must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.

Products that experience failure before 30 days can be replaced or credited as ‘hardware failure’. Depending on the brand, your replacement may be obtained from shop.hipi.io.ca or from the manufacturer. Contact us, and we’ll connect you with the appropriate option.

Products that experience failure after 30 days usually fail due to environmental conditions and use rather than hardware defects. These are not eligible for return.

Given the specifics, variety, and the remoteness of places of origin for most of our products we do not offer “change of mind” refunds, store credits, or exchanges. This helps us to keep our prices as low as possible, for you, the customer. In some cases, upon approval the products can be returned with a 10% restocking fee. The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees in such cases.

Please note that We are not responsible for international shipping, so if an item needs to be returned the customer will have to arrange and pay return shipping. Upon receiving/testing the RMA, the same policy applies so a refund rather than a replacement is recommended (unless the customer is willing to pay international return shipping as well).


We are often required to have our clients use vendors’ support forums for help with issues before the vendor will authorize a return, so please be prepared for this. In most cases that’s where our support staff goes to seek answers after we have a support request/question from a customer. If you expect your product to work straight out of the box with the push of a button (even when sometimes this is the case) – you might be in the wrong place. 🙂

Please contact us to discuss any issues or return needs before returning an item. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
